OMC specializes in the design and installation of lighting control, automation, guest room management, energy management and audiovisual systems into residential, hotel and commercial developments. Being able to complete these elements in-house, OMC can carry out the most complex of automated electrical projects to the highest standard by utilising the skills and expertise of its own in-house resources.
OMC offers a total service approach to its clients, with turnkey design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of all the home automation aspects of a project. This ensures the developer that occupiers of their properties will be professionally and seamlessly supported by the company responsible for the automation install. OMC is uniquely qualified to offer this turnkey solution to clients and is committed to designing and developing systems inline with its understanding of the market, developers and end-users alike.
Company History
OMC has been active in the large scale home automation and audio visual industry since 1997. OMC Middle East LLC (OMC) is a Dubai registered LLC specialist extra low voltage Systems Integration Company. First registered in the UK, OMC was established to cater for the demand for a contracting company that could professionally install the latest lighting control, home automation, guest room management systems and audio visual systems into residential, hotel and commercial developments.
After completing the 400 room “Parliament Views” Home Automation contract in London, OMC commenced operations in Australia, and was awarded many more high profile projects. OMC was “AMX” Australia’s Best Project Winner for 2004 and was also short listed to the final three for the 2006 National Electrical & Communications Association (NECA) large automation project award. Following the growth in demand for Home Automation by developers in the UAE, OMC relocated its head office to Dubai, forming “OMC Middle East” LLC.
In 2006 OMC was awarded the prestigious “World Trade Centre Residence” Home Automation Contract where it will be the first contractor on site to complete its works in March 2008. OMC currently employs dedicated teams of full time project managers, project engineers, site supervisors; manufacturer approved and qualified installation technicians, design engineers and accredited commissioning system integrators. OMC retains full in-house CAD facilities and fully warrants and services all of its designs and installations. OMC systems and designs incorporate the latest in energy saving techniques and OMC is proud to be a member of the Energy Efficiency Partnership UK, the U.S. Green Building Council and LEED.
