Lighting Control Systems

Intelligent lighting Systems offer a simple and effective way to alter the appearance of any space. These systems remove the need for numerous key pads on the walls and multiple lighting circuits can be programmed into "scenes," which are designed to set the right light levels for a mood, a task, or activity. Scenes can highlight artwork, landscape or architectural detail to show off the apartment for maximum effect.

Intelligent lighting Systems will effectively network the lighting circuits as well as any other individually controlled appliances or power circuits and will thus allow for all lights to be simply switched by one control to the desired levels when leaving or returning home, going to bed or simply sitting down to watch a movie.

The various Systems come in with a selection of switches and touch screens which will come in a variety of styles, colours, trims, and finishes to complement any décor. Whether the décor is traditional or contemporary, automation system and switches and/or touch screens will enhance the aesthetics, energy management, and convenience of the home.

Added to this is the fact that the intelligent bus system provides the basis for control of blinds, irrigation, pumps and any other dry contact switching circuits or appliances throughout the home, meaning that these too can be controlled individually or as part of a scene.

Intelligent A/C Systems

These are smart two-way communicating thermostats connected to the Automation-Bus network and to the ducted AC systems Fan Coil Unit (FCU) controller. These thermostats are versatile heating and cooling thermostats for integrated control of fan speed and temperature and will connect to the leading manufacturers ducted HVAC systems.

Although functional as a standalone thermostat, Automation-Bus thermostats will deliver greatly enhanced functionality and energy management as part of an automation system. The range of stylish wall mounted designs will complement the range of lighting switches designs and finishes.

Multiple Automation-Bus thermostats may be networked via the Automation-Bus enabling temperature and humidity adjustment from any thermostat. Its connection to the control system also enables full control and scheduling of the Automation-Bus thermostat from Touch Screens and remotely, and supports extensive flexibility for integration with other devices and systems.

Intelligent Home Security Systems

The automated security system can be programmed to integrate and react with the many systems found in the modern home. When arming the system, the away mode can start a change of events, for example, arm security and turn off the lights and A/C. The homes standard security features include; motion sensors, door contacts, sirens, intuitive keypad and integration home automation module.

The high end security features include multiple user codes, multiple area operation and multiple arming levels such as; Away, Stay, Night, Holiday mode and other combinations. The optional onboard telephone dialler is capable of reporting alarm events to a central monitoring station and/or several private telephone numbers such as mobile phones.

The homes security systems can be networked over an IP Ethernet or internet network to the management data centre and then monitored with user call back and call outs when alarms are triggered for full peace of mind.

Touch Screen Control

These easy-to-use smart home wall flush-mounted touch screens allow users to easily
navigate and manage via a series of labeled graphic screen pages their whole home from a central location. The screen offers users complete control of their Lighting, AC, Security, Temperature and AV systems.

Available in a choice of aesthetic finishes with high resolution graphics, using leading edge technology the touch screen acts as the interface between the homeowner and his or her smart home systems. The touch screen would allow the user to create automated scenes and schedule events that best suit their lifestyle needs thus delivering a whole new level of flexibility, convenience, energy management and enjoyment to modern living.

Distributed Audio/Visual Systems

Developers and users alike have benefited from projects that include multi room audio and video systems. By installing a smart home distributed audio and video system, residents are afforded the convenience of removing their unsightly A/V equipment satellite set top boxes, sound or video servers and tuners from around their home.

These systems can then be relocated to discrete smart home cabinets to be connected to the audio & video distribution system which will then allow their music files, radio and video content to be distributed to the main living areas which can be controlled via the in room wall mounted touch screens, keypads or system remotes.

Music and video can now be listened and viewed via local monitors and subtle flush mounted in-room ceiling speakers.

Portable Touch Screens & Intelligent Learning Remote

Today there is a new class of programmable touchscreen remote controls for intuitive
operation. The concept has evolved into an integrated control solution for conventional home theater, multimedia content, lighting, blinds and AC. With a combination of infrared control* and wifi wireless control, these systems provide true multi-room control.

Guest Room Management Systems

These systems provide a pleasant stay for the hotel guests, once networked they can also provide measuring, reporting, regulation, switching and controlling of room settings in order for hotel management to tailor services for their guests.
